Originally supplying concentrates for coldset, heat set and sheet fed conventional lithographic ink use, D & D Dispersions now also supply pigmented bases for UV Curing inks.

With our own range of concentrates available we also offer a toll manufacturing service, completed in the strictest confidence

Pigmented bases produced for Screen and Flexographic use can be tailored to meet most viscosity requirements and still maintain a high level of pigment concentration.

As concentrates contain no photo-initiator at this stage total flexibility is afforded to the formulator. With ever increasing demand for fast turnaround of ink supplies, pre-dispersed concentrates for UV curing inks can give the ink maker the same advantages afforded by conventional lithographic requirements

D & D Dispersions can supply the full range of Pantone® approved shades dispersed into various oil based media at customer required concentrations utilising the appropriate colour index pigments from a range of quality pigment suppliers.

These products can be produced for application into all forms of lithographic use. i.e: Heat set Cold Set and Sheet Fed inks.
